ASSAULT - CANTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies have charged Robert J. Donnelly, 30, of 49 Brighton St., Massena, and Terry D. Power, 31, of 1105 Knox St., Ogdensburg, with second-degree assault in connection with a Sept. 17 incident at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. The two men allegedly assaulted another inmate. at the county jail. Donnelly and Power were arraigned in Canton Village Court by Judge Cathleen 0’Horo and sent back to the correctional facility without bail. More arrests on the incident are pending, deputies said.
