PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Ave J. Hernandez, 18, of New York, N.Y., with petit larceny at 8:41 p.m. Monday in the town of Potsdam.



HARASSMENT - BUCKTON - Massena-based state police charged Edward S. Charleson, 54, of Winthrop and James G. Yelle, 49, of Winthrop with disorderly conduct Monday afternoon at 54 Scott Road stemming from an investigation into a complaint made to troopers at 7:28 p.m. Sept. 5.



DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Joseph A. Woodall, 40, of Norfolk with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for speeding and failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 9:10 p.m. Sunday on River Road in the town of Potsdam.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - Malone-based and Massena-based state police have investigated several property damage accidents this week. They include:

■ A two-vehicle accident reported at 2:57 p.m. Monday on state Route 37, near the Foy Eldred Road, in the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Tamara Rose Burgoyne, 23, of Churubusco and Barry S. Trudell, 50, of Cornwall, Ont.

■ A one-vehicle accident at 7:22 p.m. Monday on the Old Parishville-Potsdam Road, near Wheeler Road, in the town of Parishville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Monica Lee Votra, 16, of Parishville.

■ A one-vehicle accident at 7:28 p.m. Monday on state Route 420, near Route 11, in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Marc A. Judware, 41, of Massena.

■ A one-vehicle accident at 4:36 a.m. Monday on Route 11, near McCarthy Road, in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Johnathan M. Judware, 19, of North Lawrence.
