DWI - WADDINGTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’ Department deputied charged Edwin E. Sharlow Jr., 40, of 11422 state Route 37 Waddington, with drivinhg while intoxicated following a traffic stop Saturday on state Highway 37 in the town of Waddington. Sharlow was also charged with resisting arrest and criminal mischief and was ticketed forfailure to dim headlamps, failure to comply with a police officer and operating out of class. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent. A .08 percent or higher constitutes a DWI offense in New York state.He was arraigned by town of Lisbon Justice Philip Fonda and released on his own recognizance to appear in Waddington Town Court at a later date.
