STOLEN PROPERTY - MASSENA - Village police charged Briana S. Maldonado, 24, of 27 East Countryside Lane, Malone; Desaraie M. Brown, 23, of 466 Fay Road, North Bangor; and Leonard P. Deshane Jr., 26, of 144 Bernard Keenan Road, Bombay; with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and sixth-degree conpiracy.
Police said Maldonado allegedly stole items from Dollar General Tuesday evening and then asked Brown and Deshane to return them for a gift card
PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Bridget A. Durham, 38, of 648 Old Deklab Road, Canton, with petit larceny at 4:59 p.m. Tuesday after she allegedly shoplifted $86.94 worth of merchandise from Price Chopper.
OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Steven P. Bero, 48, of County Route 37, Massena, with an open container violation at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday on Andrews Street.
SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Judy A. Cameron, 52, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on the Willow Street Extension.
AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Brian M. Hurlbut Jr., 31, of County Route 36, Chase Mills, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.
