RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Nicholas A. Mallet, 19, of Potsdam with reckless endangerment at 11:19 p.m. Tuesday on Division Street. He alleged pushed a female out of a vehicle during a domestic dispute.
