Matthew L. Binion, of 318 Lafayette St., called Ogdensburg police Tuesday at 10:55 a.m. to report that a bicycle valued at less than $50 was stolen from his back yard.

April R. Hawkins, 41, of 938 Paterson St., Apt. 2B, was arrested Tuesday at 10:35 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear in city court to answer a charge of petit larceny, city police reported.

Sara A. Young, 25, of 39 W. Shore Road, Gouverneur, was ticketed Tuesday at 8 a.m. in the 1000 block of State Street for speed in a school zone, city police reported.

City police were notified Monday at 2:43 p.m. that a quantity of flowers was stolen from Price Chopper, Gateway Shopping Center, 2981 Ford Street Extension.
