NORFOLK - Barbara A. Brossoit, 20, 22 Hepburn Street, Norfolk was arrested by state police at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest and harassment.

Ms. Brossoit entered her ex-boyfriend’s home and tried to take property from the residence. A trooper arrived and asked her to leave. She refused, and when the trooper attempted to put her under arrest she hit him in the face.

She was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and ordered by Town Justice Donald G. Lustyik to have an evaluation.
