PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Nicole L. Knable, 22, of Potsdam with petit larceny following an incident reported at 5 p.m. Wednesday from the Walmart store in Potsdam. She allegedly shoplifted baby items from the store.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police say two additional juveniles - an 11-year-old male from Massena and an 11-year-old male from Ogdensburg - have been charged in connection with a vandalism incident in June in the town of Louisville.
Troopers said the two 11 year olds were each charged with five counts of criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a weapon by a person under 16 had their cases turned over to the probation department to determine if they will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
Three Massena juvenile - two 13 year olds and a 12 year old - were arrested by state police on the same charges. The boys allegedly used BB guns to shoot numerous cars at Route 37 Auto Body and O&B Auto Sales June 27 in the town of Louisville.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Barbara A. Brossoit, 20, of Norfolk with third-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment following a complaint received by troopers at 7 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Norfolk. Police said she was arrested 5 minutes later at 42 West Main St.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 131, near Willard Road, in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Adam L. Thomas, 26, of Arlington, Ohio.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Aaron E. Webb, 35, of Brushton with disorderly conduct after they responded to a complaint at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday in the town of Moira. Troopers said he was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday on County Route 1, near Hazen Road, in the town of Dickinson. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Kevin S. Mulverhill, 42, of Moira.
