POTSDAM - Bridget Parks tallied 12 points, 19 sets, four assists, two aces and one kill in helping to lead the Potsdam Central varsity girls volleyball team to an NAC sweep at home over Edwards-Knox (25-9, 25-18, 25-20).
Victoria Mondragon fashioned 10 points, three aces and three kills as the Lady Sandstoners improved to 5-2. Savannah Bondellio added six points.
Potsdam travels to OFA on Friday.
In the other two NAC matches Wednesday, Canton swept Madrid-Waddington (25-15, 25-12, 25-13) and OFA did likewise to Gouverneur (25-11, 25-17, 25-20).
Canton 3, M-W 0: Leading the way for Canton were Tara Facey (8 points, 5 assists, 4 kills, 3 aces), Colleen Barkley (7 points, 6 aces, 2 kills) and Beth Pearson (4 kills, 3 aces, 2 points).
OFA 3, Gouverneur 0:Sky Hoover generated 18 points, sevenaces and two kills in pacing the winning effort. Brittanie Barr added 12 points, seven aces, four kills and three digs while Felicia Barr added six points, one ace, four kills and two digs. Jade Casey chipped in six points, four aces, two kills and one assist.
For Gouverneur, Kortnee Bishop had seven points and three dis while Leesa Isereau produced 24 sets, three assists, two points and one kills.
