WADDINGTON - Trails End proved to be a fitting destination for a memorable season for the Northern New York Bassmasters Club.
On Saturday and Sunday the NNYBC staged it Tournament Championship out of Waddington and produced five All-Time Top 10 catches before Chris and John Flint claimed top honors with a two-day total weight of 41.34 pounds.
The Flint and Flint team weighed in the fourth largest bag ever on Saturday at 22.28 pounds and also landed the sixth largest bass ever at 5.85 pounds.
Other Top 10 entries were: third largest bag - Bob and Brad Paradis 22.28 pounds, seventh largest bag - Jesse Uppstrom and Jim Perry 21.38 pounds, fourth largest bass ever - Chris and Chuck Roach 5.89 pounds.
Top six finishers at the Club Championship and their two day weights were: Chris-John Flint - 22.13-19.21 - 41.34 pounds, Chris Backus-Paul Streeter 18.95-18.68 - 37.63 pounds, Jesse Uppstrom-Jim Perry 21.38-15.55-36.93 pounds, Richard Garlock-Bob Marceau 20.79-15.67-36.46 pounds, Eric Tessmer-Jim Moore 16.92-19.51-36.43 pounds, Brad Paradis-Bob Paradis-35.82 pounds.
