BURGLARY - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Skyler A. Evans, 20, of Potsdam with third-degree burglary after responding to a complaint at 1:43 a.m. Saturday in the town of Norfolk. He was arrested approximately 45 minutes after the complaint was received at 35 South Main St.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - ANTWERP - Gouverneur-based state police charged Kirsten L. Gardner, 22, of Potsdam with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 1:22 p.m. Friday on state Route 11 in the town of Antwerp.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - HARRIETSTOWN - Ray Brook-based state police charged Eric M. Drake, 31, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 8:30 p.m. Friday on state Route 86 in the town of Harrietstown.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - COLTON - Star Lake-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:50 p.m. Friday on state Route 3, near state Route 56, in the town of Colton. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Charles A. Hall, 32, of Star Lake.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 1:43 a.m. Saturday on Donovan Road, near Howard Road, in the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Michael R. Dora, 22, of Burke.
