Green, 22, of 61 Elm St., Potsdam, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for passing in a no passing zone after responding to a report of reckless driving Friday on state Route 11

a report of reckless driving. Deputies said they received a complaint regarding a black Honda Civic and a silver Jeep Liberty passing each other and other vehicles in a reckless manner. Deputies said their investigation revealed that Green was operating the Honda Civic while his driver‘s licensewas suspended. He will answer the charges in Potsdam Town Court at a later date.
