CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM - Village police charged Franchell S. Polanco, 20, of The Bronx with criminal mischief at 2:14 a.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue following an investigation into a domestic dispute. Police said they responded to 45 Pierrepont Ave. for a reported domestic dispute. Upon patrol’s arrival, they were advised that Polanco had been involved in anl argument with her boyfriend, became upset and keyed his vehicle, causing more than $250 damage.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Cody J. Hewey, 26, of Massena for speed in zone (70/30) following a traffic stop at 10:44 p.m. Friday on Market Street. He was also charged with operation of a motor vehicle without insurance, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
