PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Matthew C. Clouthier, no age available, of Parishville for second-degree harassment Saturday stemming from an incident on Sept. 14 when he allegedly threatened harm toward another unidentified individual. He was issued a criminal summons to appear Oct. 16 in Parishville Town Court.
