BURGLARY – OGDENSBURG - Canton-based state police charged Anthony Dinatale, 19, of Morristown, and Scott L. Palmer, 16, of Ogdensburg with third-degree burglary – illegal entry with intent stemming from a Sept. 11, 2010 incident reported from the town of Morristown. They were both remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.
Troopers also charged Dinatale with third-degree burglary – illegal entry with intent stemming from an incident reported Dec. 22 from the town of Morristown. Also charged in that case were James F. Green, 19, of Hammond, and Aaron D. Stout, 16, of Brier Hill. Green was released on appearance ticket after being charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Stout was charged with third-degree burglary – illegal entry with intent.
PETIT LARCENY – NORFOLK – Massena-based state police charged a 12-year-old juvenile with petit larceny and violation of a family court action Saturday in Norfolk. She was released on an appearance ticket.
ACCIDENT – MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:32 p.m. Sunday on County Route 37 in the town of Massena. The vehicle was operated by Kaitlin Ann Prashaw, 24, of Massena.
