DWI - NORWOOD - St. Lawrence County Sheriffs Deputies charged Nicholas M. Fiacco, 25, of 7 Lafayette St., Norwood, with driving while intoxicated Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 56 in the village of Norwood. Fiacco was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and refusal to take a breath test and ticketed forfailure to keep right. He was arraigned by PotsdamTown Justice Samuel Charleson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
