PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Pamela L. Harris, 40, of 27 Main St., Waddington; and Deshelia R. Thomas-Jandrew, 36, of 144 South Raquette River Road, Massena, with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy after they allegedly entered the Potsdam Walmart on Sept. 26 and stole a candle, a 2013 calendar, a Kerratin mist bottle and box of hair dye. The merchandise was valued at $34.80. Austin B. Villnave, 17, also of 144 South Raquette River Road, Massena, was also charged with sixth-degree conspiracy in connection with the shoplifting investigation. The trio were released on appearance tickets for Potsdam Town Court.
