FORCIBLE TOUCHING - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Charles W. Hill, 39, of Chazy with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child Friday following an investigation reported to troopers on Aug. 29 from the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BUCKTON - Massena-based state police said Brian K. Sullivan, 40, of Colton was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 10:44 a.m. Friday on County Route 47, near the Sullivan Road, in the town of Stockholm.
