The salon recently acquired a massage therapist, owner Brenda R. Carbino said Friday.
Mrs. Carbino, a licensed cosmetologist, graduated with honors from the Art and Technique Academy of Hairstyling and Aesthetics, Oshawa, Ontario, which has been listed as one of the top six beauty schools in Canada by Salon Magazine.
My mission is to stay on trend with cutting and coloring techniques, said Mrs. Carbino.
Mrs. Carbino recently returned from furthering her education by working hands-on with George Garcia and Omar Spina, nationally and internationally reknown stylists who are involved with New York and Los Angeles Fashion Week.
Mrs. Carbino has also recently been certified in the keratin complex smoothing therapy service.
Keratin complex something and straightening process gives you smooth, frizz-free hair for up to three months, said Mrs. Carbino.
Mrs. Carbino opened the spa in March.
I am committed to making radiance Hair and Day Spa more than just an appointment, but an experience, Mrs. Carbino said.
