PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Thomas W. Carter, 19, of Baldwinsville with public urination at 1:05a.m. Saturday after an officer observed him urinating in the front lawn of the Trinity Church on Maple Street.

OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Villag police charged Michael S. Donovan, 19, of Rensselear with an open container violation and littering at 10:50p.m. Saturday on Clarkson Avenue. Police said they observed Donovan walking on Pierrepont Avenue with an open container of an alcoholic beverage. When the suspect observed the patrol, he threw the beverage to the ground.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Barry T. Pawlowski, 20, of Cheektowagafor failure to yield the right of way entering the roadway after he struck a vehicle being operated by Augustine A. Lado of Potsdam at 11:18 a.m. Saturday on Clarkson Avenue.

0214 Patrol responded to a 911 hang up call from Sugarcreek on Maple Street.Patrols responded and further investigation revealed that two patrons inside the store were engaged in a verbal argument and left prior to patrol arrival.

0837 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call. Patrols responded.

1111 Record check requested and done on police officer applicant.

1119 Patrol dispatched to take a report of larceny from and damage to the vehicle on Clarkson campus.

1125 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1503 Patrol dispatched to hit and run accident on Market Street.

1532 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1549 Complaint of dog running at large on Market Street.

1626 Report of larceny from a motor vehicle on Clarkson campus.

1807 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1851 Potsdam Rescue and Police dispatched to a call.

2056 Report of a dog at large at Racquette Road. The dog was picked up and returned to it’s owner.

2224 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at SUNY Potsdam.

2355 Large party complaint on Bay Street. Patrol responded and the party was shut down.
