PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew D. McDonald, 23, of Edwards with public urination at 1:45 a.m. Sunday on Elm Street following an incident on the front lawn in front of La Casbah.

LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Christopher M. Dicristo, 19, of Center Moriches with littering at 2:20a.m. after he was observed throwing garbage on the ground Sunday on Elm Street.

DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jill C. Neverette, 47, of Central Square with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 5:12 a.m. Sunday at Stewart’s parking lot. Police said they received a complaint of a female who was parked in the middle of the parking lot at Stewart’s who appeared to be unconscious in the driver’s seat. Patrols responded and were able to wake up the operator of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the operator was intoxicated. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent.

ATV ON PUBLIC HIGHWAY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Alexander R. Glen, 71, of Norwood for operating an ATV on a public highway following a traffic stop at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

UNSAFE BACKING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Behtash Tavakoli, 30, of Potsdamfor unsafe backing following a property damage accident at 7:47 p.m. Sunday in the Cheel parking lot at Clarkson University. The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 10/24/2012 at 08:00am.

1221 Patrols dispatched to altercation on Cherry Street.

1244 Patrols dispatched to Trailway’s Bus Station to locate an intoxicated male reported to have attempted to board the bus by offering the driver cash. After he was refused, he then obstructed the bus from leaving by blocking the lane of travel. Subject was located, identified and released since the bus driver was unwilling to remain on scene to speak with responding officers and had left prior to their arrival.

1630 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

1628 Caller reports her bicycle was stolen from behind her residence sometime during the past week.

1947 Property damage accident. Ticket issued.

1956 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at Debra Drive.
