DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Phillip D. Arquette, 51, of Bombay with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:29 a.m. Sunday on state Route 37 in the town of Massena. He was also ticketed for failure to keep right. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent. The legal threshold for a DWI charge is 0.08 percent.

ASSAULT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Tyler J. Hance, 19, of Fort Covington with third-degree assault following a complaint made to troopers at 9:22 a.m. Saturday from the town of Fort Covington.

EXPOSURE OF PERSON - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged David S. MacDonald, 29, of Massena with exposure of person following an incident reported at 8:20 a.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the village of Massena.

OBSTRUCTION GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police reported Monday they had charged a 15-year-old male juvenile with obstruction of governmental administration on Sept. 28 following an incident at the St. Lawrence Centre mall. His case was turned over to the probation department to determine if he will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police said Kaylene M. Pernice, 49, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 7:25 p.m. Sunday on state Route 420 near the Brouse Road in the town of Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - HOPKINTON - Canton-based state police said Courtney A. Bush, 23, of Potsdam was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 7:45 p.m. Sunday on state Route 72 near County Route 56.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police said Jessica E. Tracy, 20, of Madrid was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 12:33 a.m. Sunday on County Route 14 near Conger Road in the town of Canton.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - Canton-based state police said Matthew J. McGrath, 21, of Potsdam was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 7:55 p.m. Saturday on Bagdad Road near Miller Road in the town of Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - Malone-based state police said Myra R. Haney, 45, of Paul Smiths was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:51 p.m. Saturday on an off road trail off River Street in the town of Hopkinton.
