Thomas D. Sawyer, 35, of 355 Belmont Courts, was arrested Thursday at 9:19 a.m. by Ogdensburg police on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said.

Crystal L. McLear, 34, of 511 Elizabeth St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday at 11:26 p.m. with disorderly conduct, city police reported.

Bradley S. Stewart, 31, of 919 Ford Ave., was ticketed Wednesday at 9:35 p.m. on Route 37 for inadequate headlamp, Ogdensburg police said.

Craig W. Streit, 23, of Edwards, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:11 p.m. on Paterson Street for no/inadequate tail lamps, city police reported.

Arthur L. Buckley, 46, of 177 Nickerson Road, Canton, was ticketed Wednesday at 2:27 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sigh following a two-vehicle accident on Linden Street. Ogdensburg police identified the other driver as Michael M. Williams, 58, of 925 Knox St.
