AGGRAVATED DWI - NORTH LAWRENCE - John M. Perry, 36, of Brasher Falls was charged by Massena-based state police with driving while intoxicated following a Sept. 26 accident in the town of Lawrence.

Troopers said Mr. Perry was operating his motorcycle on the Winn Road when he lost control of his bike at 2:44 a.m.

Troopers said a blood alcohol content was not available due to injuries Perry sustained and his subsequent hospitalization.

Perry, who was charged Saturday morning, was additionally ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent.

He was then released on an appearance ticket.
