CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - CANTON - Jessie J. Kozak, 29, 566 Route 11B, Potsdam, was arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies Monday and charged with criminal contempt.

According to deputies, Mr. Kozak violated an order of protection by purchasing a shotgun on Oct. 5 in Canton.

He is scheduled to appear in Canton Town Court.
