AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - James C. Moschell, 20, 42 Sweeney Road, Potsdam, was arrested by Canton-based state police at 9:50 a.m. Sunday and charged with aggravated harassment.

He allegedly sent repeated calls and text messages to his ex-girlfriend, despite her telling him to stop. He also threatened her new boyfriend, troopers said.

He is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
