GRAND LARCENY - BROOKDALE - Andrew M. Francis, 22, 287 Cook Rd., Stockholm, was arrested by Norfolk-based state police at 11:41 a.m. Monday and charged with grand larceny.

According to troopers, Mr. Francis stole $5,000 in NASCAR collectible items from his mother, Cynthia M. Francis. These included 200 die-cast cars and a framed, autographed print of Kyle Petty.

He was sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facilityon $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Stockholm Town Court.
