GRAND LARCENY - WINTHROP - Norfolk-based state police charged Andrew M. Francis, 22, of Winthrop with third-degree grand larceny Monday following an incident reported to troopers at 7 p.m. Oct. 12 from the town of Stockholm.

CRIMINAL POSSESSION WEAPON - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Jason M. Woodward, 34, of Massena with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon Sunday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 21 from the village of Massena. He was taken into custody at 77 Ober Street.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Canton-based state police charged James C. Moschell, 20, of Potsdam with secon-degree aggravated harassment Sunday at 42 Sweeney Road after an investigation into a complaint recieved at 2:48 p.m. Saturday from the town of Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BRASHER CENTER - Massena-based state police said John H. Perryh, 71, of Potsdam was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:25 p.m. Monday on County Route 53, near the Mahoney Road, in the town of Brasher.
