MASSENA – Mrs. Hazel C. Jawan, 92, formerly of Massena, passed away early Tuesday morning, October 16, 2012 at the St. Regis Nursing Home, where she had been a resident since April 2011. Arrangements are incomplete with the Donaldson Funeral Home.
