PROHIBITED SALE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kyle J. Neuroth, 22, of Madrid with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and endangering the welfare of a child at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday on the Racquette Road. He was arraigned by Acting Potsdam Village Justice Margaret Garner and released under the supervision of the probation department. He allegedly supplied a 14 year old with alcohol.
