ISSUING A BAD CHECK - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Shawn L. McGregor, 36, of Norwood with three counts of issuing a bad check on Wednesday. The complaints were filed with troopers on Aug. 31 from the town of Louisville and Oct. 9 from the towns of Norfolk and Stockholm.
