Renewal House presented Canton Police Chief Alan P. Mulkin with its 2012 Recognition Award at the agency’s annual dinner on Wednesday night at the Gran View Restaurant in Ogdensburg.

Renewal House also honored three St. Lawrence County law enforcement officers for their commitment in the fight against domestic violence and sexual abuse.
