LISBON – Mark A. Francis, 39, of 649 Bull Run Road, and David M. Francis, 47, 6105 Mt. Hermon Church Road, Durham, NC were arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies, and both were charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

Police arrived at 649 Bull Run Road after receiving reports that Mark Francis, a convicted felon who is not allowed to possess firearms, was in possession of a .22 rifle. When this was found to be true he was arrested he was arraigned in Canton Town Court and held without bail.

David Francis, Mark Francis’s uncle, was visiting. He was found to be in possession of two handguns, without a New York State Pistol Permit. He was arrested Wednesday morning and is scheduled to appear in Lisbon Town Court.
