Police blotter


Ogdensburg police ticketed Celeste D. Dishaw, 47, of 823 County Route 4, for following too closely after rear ending another vehicle at 3:47 p.m. on Thursday. There were no injuries. No further details were available.


Police ticketed Vernon D. Burns, 722 Washington St., at 8:22 p.m. on Tuesday for a constantly barking dog.


Police ticketed Susan T. Wells, 65, of 713 Paterson St., for failing to yield the right of way at the intersection of Green and Caroline streets on Wednesday at 9:59 a.m. following an accident. There were no injuries.


Police arrested Cassie N. Remillard, 28, of 1030 Morris St., at 12:35 p.m. on Wednesday on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date. She was originally charged with petit larceny. She was arraigned and released under probation supervision.
