UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Scott F. Spears, 42, of Potsdam for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:59 p.m. Friday on Sisson Street. Police said he was observed operating a motorcycle on just a permit with no licensed driver present.

1312 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to County Route 47 in Stockholm for a sick call.

1408 Traffic stop on Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

1420 Potsdam Police responded to a report of equipment falling off of a vehicle at the intersection of Market and Main streets.

1456 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1512 Potsdam FD and patrol dispatched to a carbon monoxide alarm activation on Broad Street.

1545 Potsdam Rescue dispatched for a Lifenet transport.

1557 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1559 Traffic stop on Sisson Street. Ticket issued.

1647 Complaint received from management at University Bookstore regarding graffiti on the backside of the building.

2015 Patrol provided a courtesy transport to a subject.

2035 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

2106 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

2150 Patrol completed an equipment inspection.

2344 Received a report of a subject acting disorderly at Main Street apartments. Patrols responded.
