CANTON - A Hermon man is accused of engaging in two or more acts of sexual conduct with 10-year-old child from September 2010 to May 2011.

A St. Lawrence County grand jury handed up an indictment Thursday against Frank Brown, 62, of 1162 County Route 21.

Mr. Brown is charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Also, Stephen P. Nuccio, 38, of 414 North Shore Rd., Hammond, was indicted for first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

It is alleged Mr. Nuccio violated an order of protection, dated Aug. 24, by threatening to shoot Terry Johnson on May 5 in the town of Macomb. On May 8, he was charged with possessing multiple chucka sticks.
