Susan A. Crownhart died Monday, October 8th 2012 at her home in Leesburg, Florida.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 27th, at 11:00 am at the Frary Funeral Home, 515 Caroline Street, Ogdensburg, New York.Susan is survived by her loving family; father Dan Crownhart, sisters Deborah (Troy)and Barbara, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
