WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Zachary D. Shantie, 37, of 37 Amherst Road, Massena, on a bench warrant held by the Canton Police Department at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at his residence. He was picked up by the Cannton Police Department and transported to Canton for arraignment on the warrant by a village justice.

LEAVING THE SCENE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Alan L. Russell, 32, of Massena for leaving the scene of an accident, moving from lane unsafely and a red light violation following an incident at 3:47 p.m. Sunday on state Route 37 at Main Street.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ashlee M. Sweeney, 28, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 9:37 a.m. Tuesday on the Willow Street Extension.
