MENACING - MASSENA - Village police charged Kaytlin A. Fedonick, 24, of 37 Amherst Road, Massena, with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment at 11:12 p.m. Monday following a domestic dispute. She allegedy punched her ex-boyfriend, Zachary D, Shantie, threw an ashtray that struck him in the abdomen and grabbed a large kitchen knifeand threatened to slit his throat if he reported the incident to police. Fedonick was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
