FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged David C. McGregor, 46, of Norfolk with filing a false written statement Monday morning stemming from an investigation into an incident reported to troopers on the morning of Feb. 25 from the town of Norfolk.

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Clement P. Meashaw, 26, of Norwood with second-degree harassment Monday evening stemming from an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 9:51 p.m. Oct. 9 from the town of Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police said Melissa A. Wagstaff, 38, of North Lawrence was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday on Route 11 near the Calnon Road in the town of Stockholm.
