Frank P. Perretta, 53, of 2819 State Highway, Brier Hill, was arrested and ticketed at 9:33 p.m. Friday on State St. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 of one percent or more, and for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Mr. Perretta’s blood alcohol content was .10 of one percent. He was ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign, Ogdensburg police said. Mr. Perretta was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Nov. 15.



Joshua P. Seidel, 22, of 1115 Lafayette St., of was arrested for fourth degree criminal mischief after he slashed tires of Bruce Denner’s, 52, 2008 Dodge truck, city police said. Mr. Seidel was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Nov. 1.



Robert D. Ritchie, 55, of 326 Proctor Ave, was issued a city summons at 5:28 p.m. Saturday for having a dog at large and for dog causing personal injury to a city resident, city police said. Both tickets are returnable to city court on Oct. 20.



Michelle L. Horton, 36, 532 Covington St., was arrested for disorderly conduct after she failed to leave Howie’s Tavern, 809 New York Ave, at 1:18 p.m. Sunday, city police said. She was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Nov. 18.



Paul S. Smith, II, 32, of 10566 Highway 37, was arrested for an open container violation at 2:16 a.m. Sunday, city police said. He was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Nov. 22.



Danielle M. Mitchell, 31, of 308 Hamilton St., was arrested at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, 214 King St., on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear in court, city police said. She was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Oct. 25.



Nancy L. Schmidt, 58, of 300 Franklin Street was arrested on a city court bench warrant at 9:29 a.m. Monday for failing to pay a fine after she harbored an unlicensed dog, city police said. She was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Oct. 16.
