PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Harley D. Trimm. 18, of Massena with petit larceny at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday. He reportedly shoplifted two boxes of cough medication and a Coricidin package from Rite Aid. The merchandise was valued at $19.47.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Kenneth A. French, 38, of 34 Tamarack St., Massena, woth second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 5:38 p.m. Monday on Center Street.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Gerald E. Daoust, 42, of Massena with following too closely at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Gordon W. Lavare, 60, of Massena for following too closely at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday on South Main Street.
