GRAND LARCENY - POTSDAM — Loni L. Thompson, 26, of 225 Montgomery St., Ogdensburg, was arrested by Canton-based state police at 7:22 p.m. Tuesday and charged with grand larceny.

Police said Ms. Thompson attempted to steal a television and a computer from Walmart, 7494 Route 11.

She is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
