Charles A. Hall, of 318 Belmont Courts, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday for second-degree criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child. Ogdensburg police said Mr. Hall was arraigned in city court and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was filed against him, Ogdensburg police said. Further details were not available.
