DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Joshua L. Burr, 24, of 41 Liberty Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 2:10 a.m. Friday. Burr, who was reportedly intoxicated, was observed urinating on the sidewalk in front of Key Bank moments after having an interaction with police officers.
SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brett H. Shea, 48, of Snell Road, South Colton, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 11:30 p.m. Thursday on state Route 37.
INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Charlene A. Avery, 45, of Hopson Road, Brasher, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 8:17 p.m. Thursday on South Main Street.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mary A. Jessmer, 53, of Brouse Road, Massena, for a stop sign violation and operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lamps following a traffic stop at 11:44 a.m. Thursday on Grove Street at Ridgewood Avenue.
IMPROPER TURN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Arthur F. Deshane, 66, of Massena for making an improper right turn at an intersection following an investigation into a property damage accident at 4:42 p.m. Monday on South Main Street.
FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Donald I. Bassett, 66, of Palmer Road, Dickinson Center, for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following an incident at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday on Stearns Street at Route 37.
AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged a 13-year-old male juvenile with aggravated harassment at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday. His case was turned over to the probation department to determine if he will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
