PETIT LARCENY - PIERREPONT - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Rebecca R. Bowley, 23, of 740 County Route 36, Chase Mills, with petit larceny Friday following an investigation into an incident at the Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country facility in Pierrepont. Bowley is alleged to have submitted fraudulent handwritten receipts for purchases that she was supposed to have made on behalf of the facility’s residents between January and September while she was employed by the Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country.
