PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’ Department deputies charged Benjamin J. Gonnella, 22, of 38 Pierrepont Ave., Potsdam, with petit larceny Thursday after he allegedly shoplifted $38.97 worth of merchandise from the Potsdam Walmart store. He was released on an appearance ticket.
