PROBATION VIOLATION - MASSENA - Village police picked up Kenneth A. Ward, 27, of 124 Jefferson Ave., Massena, on a probation violation following a traffic stop at 1:25 a.m. Saturday on Andrews Street. He was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an open container in a motor vehicle violation and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for making an unsafe start.
