Ogdensburg police arrested Eli W. Corbine, 27, of 1111 Congress St., on Thursday at 5:50 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with an Aug. 26 domestic incident. He was arraigned in city court and released under his own recognizance.

City police arrested Kristi A. Thorpe, 27, of 904 Elizabeth St., on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment. She was arraigned in city court and released under her own recognizance.

William J. Lalonde IV, 36, of 906 South Water St., was charged on Friday at 12:00 a.m. for petit larceny, stemming from an alleged theft at Stewarts Shops, 703 Ford St., city police said. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Ogdensburg police arrested Joseph G. Mallette III, 27, of 225 Morris St., Apt. 3, Friday at 9:56 a.m. at 342 Belmont Courts for violating his federal probation. He was turned over to the U.S. Marshal Service.

City police charged Frank P. Perretta, 53, of Brier Hill, Friday at 11:50 a.m. on the 500 block of New York Avenue following a two-car accident. He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failing to yield the right of way and no inspection. He was released on an appearance ticket. The other car was driven by Jeremiah Stricklend, 36, of 109 Hamilton St., Ogdensburg. There were no injuries.

City police arrested Justin J. Overton, 33, of 522 King St., Friday at 2:45 p.m. at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and pay a fine. He was released with an appearance ticket.
