The Madrid-Waddington Youth Basketball program for kindergarten-third grade students will start Nov. 3 at 8 a.m. in the Madrid-Waddington Central Elementary School Gym. Parents may still sign up their child that morning particiapants must wear sneakers.

The is only $15 for the K-3 program.
